We actively promote our employees to invest for their future, that’s why we offer a Group Personal Pension scheme with matching contributions to help build a nest egg for your time after Redstone.

Life Assurance
As a member of the Redstone team you will be entitled to a Life Assurance benefit of 4 times their annual basic salary. You automatically receive this benefit upon the commencement of your employment with the company.

Private Medical Insurance
In order to help you ensure your well being you will be entitled to join the Private Medical Insurance scheme (provided by BUPA in the UK and VHI in Ireland) to cover the cost of a wide range of Private Medical expenses.

Health Cash Plan
You will also be entitled to participate in the Cash Plan, covering you and your family to provide reimbursement of a number of medical costs and includes payment towards such procedures as Optical and Dental treatment. Employees wishing to participate in the PMI and the Cash Plan are able to do so, but may be required to contribute towards the cost of the Cash Plan.

Employee Assistance Programme
The physical and emotional welfare of our staff and their families is just as important to us within and outside the working environment. That's why we offer a free confidential, practical and emotional telephone helpline service for all employees and their families. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help you cope with things such as tenancy/landlord issues, legal advice, medical information, addictions, consumer issues, relationships, stress and bereavement.

Childcare Vouchers
As part of our family friendly initiative Redstone, in conjunction with Busy Bees, provides a tax free, flexible way to meet the costs of our employee’s childcare – enabling you to exchange a part of their salary for childcare vouchers. These vouchers are exempt from Income Tax and National Insurance contributions, representing significant savings for employees who use them to purchase their childcare.

Give As You Earn
Redstone supports charitable donations and encourages staff to do the same. We enable you to make your own personal contribution to your chosen charities, enjoying tax and NI savings on any charitable donations you wish to make in 3 ways:

•  Staff Charity Fund
Each year employees are invited to vote for a Charity of the Year. The charity which receives the most votes becomes Redstone Charity of the Year. Employees wishing to donate to this charity can do so on a monthly basis and their payments will be made to the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), who will then pay the monies across to the charity. At the end of the 12 month period Redstone will match the employee contributions made up to an agreed maximum value.

•  Direct Donation
If employees do not wish to support the Redstone Charity of the Year they are still able to donate to their chosen charity by means of Direct Donation.  The monies will be deducted on a monthly basis and paid to CAF who will then forward the money to your specified charity.

•  Charity Account
If you do not wish to support Redstone’s Charity of the Year but would like more flexibility than that offered by Direct Donation you are able to opt for a Charity Account.  Monies would be deducted from monthly payroll and paid across to your online account with CAF. You can then access the account and choose which charity to donate to on a regular basis.  

Redstone Double It Scheme
This is a match funding scheme for Redstone employees only, where money is raised for charity or a good cause by individuals and matched (on prior agreement) by Redstone pound for pound for up to £250 per activity.
