Redstone believe that this commitment must be made to all of our operations so that customer expectations can be met. To this end, Redstone are accredited to ISO 9001 and therefore cover all areas of operations from receipt of the initial customer call to final handover and support.

Redstone will:

  • seek to understand the requirements of our clients and their business;
  • always ensure the strict privacy and confidentiality of our clients or potential clients;
  • ensure that clients are treated courteously and responded to promptly;
  • encourage staff members to act in a polite, friendly and helpful manner when dealing with enquiries;
  • ensure that our clients are always told the name of the person taking responsibility for dealing with their enquiry or problem. All major issues will be dealt with by a member of the company's senior management;
  • ensure that our associates act in a manner which meets the expectations of Redstone and our clients;
  • rectify immediately any errors or inaccuracies caused by Redstone or its agents; and
  • never sell or recommend products or services that we cannot support or for profit only
