 John Colbourne

John Colbourne
Major Accounts

John is responsible for sales and business relationships with a select list of Major Accounts, which includes leading Banks, Financial Institutions, Global Telecomms companies, Service Providers, Outsourcing Providers and Global Corporate Clients.

John joined Tolerant Systems in December 1998 as a co-Director to the founding Managing Director and has been Major Accounts Director since 2000. During that time has established long-term client relationships that have yielded multi-million pound revenue streams. As part of this success in December 2001, John secured Tolerant’s first Million Dollar order, which was from a Global Petrochemical company. He joined Redstone as a result of the acquisition of Tolerant Systems in July 2006.

Prior to joining Tolerant Systems, John held a number of sales positions in the IT industry since 1982 which encompassed Data Communications equipment, X400 and OSI software, Network Analysis and Management Solutions and RAID Storage solutions.

He is married with two children, Natalie and Tom. John’s interests and passions include Porsches and sports motorbikes including riding his own Ducati on race tracks in the UK and Europe. He is also an avid follower of the World Superbike and Moto GP championships.


 
 
 Sue Cudmore

Sue Cudmore
Territory – Cambridge MAN

Sue joined Redstone as a founder member of the Cambridge sales team focussing on the Cambridge MAN. Prior to this and before 3 years on maternity leave, she worked for Mosaix (now part of Avaya) selling call centre systems and was the top sales person for four years.

Sue has a 9 year old son and enjoys going on holiday and socialising with her friends.

 
 
Tim Jones

Tim Jones
Northern Territories and Manager - Desk-based account management

Tim Jones joined Redstone Managed Solutions as part of the acquisition of Tolerant Systems where he was Northern Regional Sales Director.

Tim is an IT graduate with over six years experience selling into the IT market space having joined Tolerant at the start of 2001. Prior to this time, Tim was employed as Sales Director for a local manufacturing company and has worked overseas in export sales for Bayer AG in Leverkusen, Germany.

Tim has two young daughters and enjoys sport and socialising.

 
 
Barry Underhill

Barry Underhill
Director of Channel Sales

Prior to joining Tolerant Systems as Sales Manager in January 2005, Barry worked for the International Sales Academy provisioning Sales Training & Coaching services to corporate clients.

Involved in IT since 1973, Barry was trained by IBM as a Systems Analyst and Programmer and was Data Processing Manager at Binks-Bullows Ltd. between 1979-1981, where he became a Member of the Institute of Data Processing Managers (MIDPM).

Barry worked as a Management Consultant at Guardian Computer Systems, an IBM software house prior to joining Beauforts Computer Systems Ltd, as Sales & Marketing Director where he negotiated an agreement with IBM World Trade EMEA to resell Beauforts Business Intelligence Software as an IBM product throughout Europe.

Barry was European Managing Director for Micro-Integration plc (MI) & Better On-line Systems (BOS), both NASDAQ listed companies & both PC connectivity vendors.

During his twenty year sales career, Barry has sold software & hardware solutions to many of the top ‘Times 1000’ companies and has experience of managing Sales Channels in the UK, USA & Europe.

A Graduate of the ‘Crosby Quality System’ education & training programme, Barry earned an ‘ICP $1m Sales Excellence award’ in recognition of $1m software sales in a single year.

Married with two grown kids, Barry still enjoys football (playing & watching), holidays and treks around the golf course in the forlorn hope that one day his ball will go where he aims !

 
 
Tracey Mason

Tracey Mason
Director of Public Sector Sales

Tracey joined Tolerant Systems in 2000 as an internal sales person. Has been promoted several times including working as Team Leader and Internal Sales Manager. In 2004 Tracey took the opportunity to move into the Government Sector as Territory Manager. In 2005 she was made Public Sector Director.

In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading and spending times with friends and family.



 

 
 
Judith Fine

Judith Fine
Marketing Manager

Judith was appointed Marketing Manager within the Redstone Managed Solutions division in April 2007 joining the company as part of the IDN Telecom acquisition. She also provides PA support to Tariq Saied.

Judith has 13 years experience in PA and Marketing roles including many years at 3i plc.

Judith enjoys cooking, travelling, keeping fit and spending time with her friends and family.
